I felt inclined to write a review after my experience yesterday with AustStar Motors.
I took my vehicle to a dealership for my service last year and was left underwhelmed with my experience and much lighter in the wallet too. I knew I wouldn’t be back there the moment I drove away.
From the initial phone call to AusStar, where the person was generally interested in my call, to offering a loan car, to patience with my questions, it was just brilliant to be met with outstanding customer service!
Thank you to Theo for coming out to show me a few things about my car once I returned to collect it; it was the fact you didn’t feel bothered to do so nor felt time poor that stood out for me. As a consumer, I felt general care by your team, leading to confidence in your service.

I had to change car brakes and battery urgently due to my travel plans. All MB dealers had waiting period of weeks/month even for urgent needs. Called AustStar, receptionist was very accommodative, she checked with mech team and gave immediate appointment. Fixed car with original parts at total cost lesser than quoted by MB dealers.
The team at AustarMotors should be called FiveStar Motors.They rescued me from having no choices to saving me from 5 weeks not having car to fixing problem in 2 days half price genuine part. My new ISM gear shifting module works like a Swiss Clock on my S350 W221 2009. Thank you heaps!!
10/10 for the team at AustStar. Had my car serviced here for the past few years and they really do a great job at maintaining my C200. Couldn’t ask for better service. Special mention to Chris and Dave for explaining the work and costs involved so well. I’ll see you guys when my next service is due.
Took 3 hours 30 mins(8.30am to 12pm) for E class B1 service. Unfortunately my car hasn't been washed but still happy with their customer service and treating my car well. Got a call before they started their job, clearly explained what they would do to my car and how much it would be. The price was good. And thanks for the courtesy car.⬇️
Theo and the team are amazing! They serviced my C300 Coupe for a B1 service for over $750 less than Mercedes quoted. Not only that when I let them know I was having surgery and couldn't drive, they picked the car up for me and dropped it off. I am a customer for life these guys (and gals!) are 10/10. But I need to give them 11/10 as my car came back washed!
